Terms of Service

BoutiqScout helps independent brands discover retailers that fit their products and reach out to them personally. It is a tool for building real wholesale relationships, one thoughtful conversation at a time.

BoutiqScout is not a scraping, data-mining, or list-reselling tool.

The retailer information we surface is provided so that you can contact those businesses yourself, on behalf of your own brand. By using BoutiqScout, you agree that you will not:

• Run searches primarily to harvest, export, or stockpile contact data rather than to do outreach.
• Resell, redistribute, or share the data we surface with third parties.
• Use automated means to extract data, or attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or the engagement gate.
• Delete leads in order to reset usage limits and pull more data than your plan allows.
• Contact retailers in violation of anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM), or after they have unsubscribed.

BoutiqScout is built around working your list, not just generating one. To keep the product healthy for everyone, a few guardrails apply:

• Engagement gate. If too many discovered retailers sit untouched (not contacted, favorited, or annotated), new searches pause until you act on the ones you already have. Untouched leads you delete still count toward this limit, so deleting does not unlock more searches.
• Daily and monthly search limits. Each plan includes a monthly search allowance and a daily cap, so the tool is used for steady outreach rather than bulk extraction.
• Exports. CSV exports are limited to retailers you have actually engaged with, and are capped per day. They are meant to help you work your pipeline, not to extract raw lead lists.

You are responsible for the messages you send and for complying with applicable laws and the terms of any platform you use (including Faire). You confirm that your outreach is genuine, relevant to the retailer, and that you will honor opt-out requests promptly.

We may pause or close accounts that breach these terms, including accounts that use the product to extract data rather than to do outreach. Where practical we will reach out first, but we reserve the right to act immediately to protect the service and the retailers in it.

The data we surface comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date. BoutiqScout is provided as is, without warranty. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. BoutiqScout is not affiliated with Faire.
