Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Settings page. Changes take effect immediately.
What counts as a "search"?
Each time you run a retailer search (by city and category) it uses one search credit. A single search can return dozens of matching retailers.
What counts as an "email"?
Each outreach email sent to a retailer uses one email credit. Generating a draft without sending is free.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, search and email credits reset at the start of each billing month.
Is BoutiqScout a scraping or lead-list tool?
No. We help you find retailers that fit your brand and reach out to them personally. The retailer data is for your own outreach, not for bulk export or resale. Accounts that search just to extract data may be paused.
Why is my search sometimes locked?
If too many discovered retailers sit untouched, searching pauses until you act on them (email, favorite, add notes, or update status). It keeps your pipeline workable. Deleting untouched leads still counts, so it will not unlock more searches.
Can I export my retailers to CSV?
Yes, you can export the retailers you have engaged with (contacted, favorited, or annotated), up to a few times per day. Exports are for working your own pipeline.
